SeqAhead received a budget increase for the running project year and therefore SeqAhead is able to offer to the NGS community another workshop and another training schools.

- Combined COST workshop on Next Generation Sequencing Data Analysis and COST training school on “Analysis of Metagenomic Biodiversity data” in Madrid, Spain, 2 – 6 July 2012.
- COST workshop on High Performance Computing for Next Generation Sequencing in Valencia, Spain, 21 & 22 May 2012.
