Dai momenti riassunti nella pagina della storia del network italiano NGS ben 11 Nazione hanno firmato la MoU ed altre due han dichiarato la propria volontà di fare altrettanto.
Di conseguenza, in accordo con le varie parti coinvolte, l’Ufficio COST ha pianificato il primo meeting della Commissione di Gestione per questa Action a Bruxsell, il 18 marzo 2001 presso la propria sede.
Gli argomenti all’ordine del giorno saranno:
- Election of the Chair and Vice-Chair
- Identification of a ‘Grant Holder’ as the Action’s budget administrator and Action Secretary
- Work plan for the implementation of the COST Action (based on the Memorandum of Understanding – Presentation of the Action by the proponent).
- Objectives and working programme
- Working method – organisation and management (including working groups)
- Distribution of tasks
- Promotion of gender balance and of Early Stage Researchers (ESR)
- Time-table
- Budget plan
